Knowledge sharing and performance improvement opportunities are a major focus for GTE Track Spray. Hiring a mix of younger employees to be trained in the GTE methods of operation and administration, senior leaders and managers work to help educate and provide opportunities for learning and professional development.

Utilising the vast cumulative years of experience in the rail and weed spray industry, our state supervisors and Office Compliance and Systems Manager work together to ensure all staff are given adequate training and opportunities to develop their knowledge, skills and expertise whilst under direct supervision.

GTE utilise RIW and Avetta Worker Management in addition to our own training matrix to keep abreast of all relevant and required training and knowledge.
